Underground protective structures of LLC “RED BUD” are manufactured in-house from a reinforced metal frame and steel sheets 4-6 mm thick. The structure is designed as a durable underground module, designed to accommodate people in a protected space and subsequent installation in a prepared pit.
Production begins with the development of a technical solution for a specific object: the dimensions of the structure, the number of seats, the type of entrance, the location of ventilation, power supply, backup power supply and internal equipment are determined. After this, metal cutting is performed, the frame elements are prepared, the main supporting structure is welded and a hermetic housing is formed.
Special attention is paid to the quality of welds, structural rigidity and anti-corrosion protection. After assembly, the metal housing undergoes surface preparation, priming and painting. The external coating protects the metal from moisture, soil and aggressive environments during operation.
At the next stage, the structure is equipped with engineering systems: supply and exhaust ventilation, power supply, backup power supply, lighting and interior decoration. The floor is made of practical wear-resistant materials suitable for long-term operation and easy maintenance.
After completion of production, the module is delivered to the site, installed in the prepared pit, leveled, connected to the necessary systems and backfilled in accordance with the design solution. Shelter
